Your Wash Nomad is on its way — or it will be soon. Here's everything you need to know about how we get it to you, quickly and safely.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, here's what happens next:
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment.
- Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you always know where your Wash Nomad is.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer flexible shipping options to suit your timeline:
- Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your chosen shipping method, total order weight, and delivery location. The exact cost will be displayed clearly at checkout before you finalise your purchase — no surprises.
4. International Shipping
We ship Wash Nomad worldwide — because clean laundry shouldn't be a luxury wherever you are.
- Delivery times and rates vary by country.
- Customs duties, import fees, or local taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a unique tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your shipment directly through our website or via the carrier's tracking portal. If you have any questions about your delivery, our team is a message away.
6. Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
- Wash Nomadâ„¢ is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Need to update your address? Contact us immediately at support@washnomad.com. Changes cannot be made once your order has shipped.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We stand by every Wash Nomad we send out. If something goes wrong in transit, we'll make it right.
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@washnomad.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We'll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, or select remote locations.
- Certain products may have shipping limitations due to weight, size, or legal regulations.
- Any specific shipping restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page.
