30 Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your Wash Nomad to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it - unused, with original packaging, and proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Simple. Email us at support@washnomad.com and we'll take it from there. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first - returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on where to send your package.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@washnomad.com - we'll evaluate the issue and sort it fast.

Exceptions - Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Sale items or gift cards
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items that have been used, modified, or returned without original packaging

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

For EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a European Union address, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt — for any reason, no justification needed. The item must still meet the standard eligibility conditions: unused, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen your refund, email us at support@washnomad.com and we'll chase it down for you.
